OPTIMIX KILN BURNER RANGE
A simple and elegant design that uses changes in fuel/air mixing intensity to provide flame control, rather than complex mechanical adjustment mechanisms. Flame stability is provided by a fixed aerodynamic swirler.  The simplicity of the OPTIMIX ensures that consistent performance is available over the lifetime of the burner.

The OPTIMIX range is designed for firing all fuel types, either singly or in combination:
G for a wide range of gaseous fuels with a turndown of at least 8:1
L for conventional liquid fuels using the CM Atomiser which offers at least 10:1 turndown using either steam or air atomisation, or PJ Atomiser for pressure jet applications.  Also for waste liquid fuels using the WS Atomiser with air/steam-assist atomisation
S for pulverised coal and petcoke, it can also be designed to accommodate solid waste fuels
