MANUFACTURE & SUPPLY

1. Supply

KFS can arrange to manufacture and supply all parts for the proprietary and sub-vendor equipment required for the combustion system.  This could include:

  • OPTIMIX  burner with KFS key parts:
    • burner nozzle
    • air swirler
    • oil and/or gas gun components
    • gas pilot/ignitor components
  • pilot and ignition system
  • valve train
  • burner management system
  • flame scanners
  • complete oil or gas gun
  • any other associated systems and equipment

2. Inspection

KFS engineers would normally be expected to carry out two inspections of KFS designed equipment, one at a suitable mid-point and one on completion, before delivery to site.  On some occasions, the burner selection and ancillary equipment can lead to the need for the provision of engineering staff to supervise installation of selected equipment.

Activities typically include:

  • inspection visit(s) during burner fabrication
